Hire Period
Based on 24hrs from 8am, if the vehicle is collected after 8am it still needs to be returned by 8am the following day.
Mileage Allowance
Hire charges include a mileage allowance of 400 miles per day. Please call to check additional mileage rates.
Age Limit
Age- 21-75 as standard. Over 70 by referral prior to hire. Minimum 2yrs driving experience.

Please note there are some restrictions on certain professions, please see list below and contact us with any further questions.

– Professional Sportspersons
-Persons connected with gambling, including on course Bookmakers
-Persons connected with racing
-Off Course Bookmakers
-General Dealers, Market Traders, Street Traders
-Scrap Metal Merchants and Motor Factors
-Courier Services, Express mail or parcel delivery
-Wholesale or daily newsagent deliveries
Endorsements
6 points allowed subject to code. More than 6 maybe possible subject to referral.
We are unable to insure drivers with convictions for DR offences, DD offences, UT offences, BA offences MS90 IN10 TT99; Or
AC10, AC20, All DG, CD40, CD50, CD60, CD70.
We are UNABLE to hire to anyone with a ban in the last 5 years.

Extra drivers
Additional driver cost is £5 per day or £25 per week.
Proof of Identity
CHECKCODE: Please provide a valid “check code” to prove your driving licence status.
This can be obtained free of charge before you hire from the government website.

Photo card licence. If only a paper licence then we would need to see passport as photo ID.
PLUS two proofs of address no older than 2 months (electronic bills are acceptable).
EXAMPLES: recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 2 months.
Cancellation
At least one clear day. Eg Hiring on Saturday notify us by Thursday, otherwise a charge will be incurred up to one day’s hire fee
Fuel
Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel, otherwise will be charged for plus 20% handling charge.
Late return
Up to one days hire fee.
Breakdowns or Accidents
Notify us ASAP.
